Home Design Catalog Specialist - Graphic Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and independent designer to help us extract images from a provided PDF and transform them into a colorful, visually appealing catalog for our modular home offerings. This brochure will be showcasing color and material options for walls (interior & exterior), floors, bathrooms, cupboards, cabinets, and more.

*** Although this is a gig, we need full dedication to ensure timely completion without distractions from other projects. While we don’t want it rushed, we do require focused attention as this is an immediate priority.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
+ Requires minimal direction but welcomes collaboration
+ Has experience in graphic design and marketing materials
+ Can extract and enhance images from PDFs
+ Understands layout design, color theory, and branding
+ Offers creative suggestions for an engaging final product

Key Responsibilities:
Extract images from a provided PDF while maintaining high quality
Design a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate catalog
Organize materials into clear categories (walls, floors, cabinets, etc.)
Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, and branding
Provide multiple layout and design options for review
Deliver print-ready and digital-friendly versions

Requirements:
Proven experience in catalog design – must provide examples of similar work
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Ability to work independently and offer creative solutions
Strong attention to detail in layout and typography
Experience with construction, real estate, or modular home marketing materials (preferred)
