What You’ll Do
? Make 100+ quality cold calls per day to motivated seller leads (not just volume—quality matters).
? Use Resimpli CRM to track calls, follow-ups, and deal progress.
? Build relationships with distressed sellers and provide solutions that work for them.
? Negotiate property prices and secure contracts at wholesale-friendly prices.
? Overcome objections and educate sellers about how we can help.
? Work closely with our Dispositions team to ensure smooth deal flow.
? Close 3-5 deals per week (expected performance).

Requirements
???? 2+ years of sales experience in a 100% commission-based role (real estate, car sales, high-ticket sales, etc.).
???? Cold calling experience required – You must be comfortable making outbound calls.
???? Proven success hitting or exceeding sales targets.
???? Tech-savvy – Experience with CRMs, dialers, and tracking leads.
???? Fluent in English with a clear, professional speaking voice.

Compensation & Recoverable Draw Explained
You will receive $600 per month as a recoverable draw.
A recoverable draw is not a salary—it is an advance against future commissions.
Once you start closing deals and earning commissions, your draw is deducted from your earnings.
If you earn more in commission than your draw, you keep the extra!
If you don’t close any deals, the draw must be repaid through future commissions (it does not accumulate as debt).
Commission is only earned once the deal is successfully assigned and the property is actually sold.
Commission is not paid for deals that are not fully closed and sold to investors.
Commission Structure
Base commission: 3% of the assignment fee
If you close 5 or more deals in a month, your commission increases to 5% for that month
Typical Earnings Breakdown
Typical assignment fee per deal: $15,000
Your commission: 3%–5% of the assignment fee
Typical earnings per deal: $450 at 3%, $750 at 5%
Expected deals per week: 3-5 (or $1,350 – $3,750 per week in commission!)
Example Payout Scenarios:
Week 1: You close 3 deals ? You earn $1,350 (3 x $450 at 3%) – Keep all of it since your draw has been covered.
Week 2: You close 5 deals ? You earn $3,750 (5 x $750 at 5%) – Higher commission rate applies!
Month 1 (Slow Start): You don’t close any deals ? You receive $600 draw, which will be deducted from future commissions.
Month 2 (You Close 6 Deals): You earn $4,500 (6 x $750 at 5%), and your $600 draw from Month 1 is deducted ? You take home $3,900.
Month 3 (Fully Trained, Hitting Goals - 3-5 Deals per Week):
3 deals per week (12 deals/month):
12 x $750 (5%) = $9,000 take-home pay.
4 deals per week (16 deals/month):
16 x $750 (5%) = $12,000 take-home pay.
5 deals per week (20 deals/month):
20 x $750 (5%) = $15,000 take-home pay.
???? The more deals you close, the more you earn. There is no cap on commissions!
