Role: Procurement & Inventory Specialist (Supply Chain)

Description:
- Review the purchase order status for orders placed by the purchasing team related to your accounts. Ensure orders are on schedule and report delays or changes to the Business Manager
- Understand and track the Bill of Material Set Up for items related to your accounts. Monitor inbound raw materials to ensure timely delivery and report any delays or changes
- Track sales orders and determine how raw materials, stock, and logistics are affected. Report any issues or needs to the Business Manager
- Oversee logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, tracking shipping containers, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Track progress with the Compliance Department for ongoing projects, ensuring labels, diagrams, and specs meet approval timelines
- Coordinate with the Design team to ensure product artwork is on schedule and meets customer requirements
- Order and track concept or production samples based on customer needs, providing updates to the Business Manager
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Run and export reports, manage inventory, review PCO (Purchase Change Order) orders, and handle logistics-related communications using Microsoft Outlook

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
