Sales Development Specialist (B2B)

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying potential clients (B2B), engaging them through strategic outreach, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into sales by conducting sales meetings. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
* Conducting sales meetings in English.
* Develop and nurture relationships to move leads through the sales pipeline
* Present our services effectively to prospective clients and address their needs
* Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts
* Track and document sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups
* Stay proactive in reaching sales targets and contributing to business growth


Qualifications:
* Native English Speaker level - MUST!
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition - MUST!
* Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
* Experience using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach for sales engagement
* Self-motivated and driven by meeting and exceeding targets
* Highly organized with strong time-management skills
* Previous experience in B2B sales

Preferred Skills:
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
* Understanding of customer pain points and how to position solutions effectively
