We are hiring an Automation Expert to build, optimize, and scale AI-driven workflows that power our client acquisition and conversion machine. This role is mission-critical to ensure speed, efficiency, and scalability across all sales, marketing, and fulfillment processes.

Role Overview
The Automation Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven sales and marketing workflows that turn cold leads into booked calls, and booked calls into high-ticket clients—at scale.
This is NOT just a "tech role"—this is an execution-critical role that directly impacts revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Workflow Automation:
Build and optimize AI-powered sales & marketing automation workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Relevance.AI, and other tools
Streamline lead flow, CRM management, and follow-up sequences for maximum conversion
Implement multi-channel engagement systems (SMS, email, LinkedIn, retargeting)

AI-Powered Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization:
Deploy AI-driven pre-call engagement (custom follow-ups, objections handling, auto-responses)
Integrate chatbots & AI assistants to qualify leads and drive conversations
Optimize sales call booking sequences for higher show-up & close rates

CRM & Data Intelligence Mastery:
Set up real-time tracking dashboards for all key sales & marketing KPIs
Ensure all data is clean, structured, and actionable for sales teams
Automate reporting & insights to drive better decision-making

Systems Optimization & Performance Scaling:
Continuously improve automation workflows to increase efficiency & reduce manual work
Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive tasks across the company
Ensure seamless integrations between all tools (GHL, Apollo, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in automation, AI workflows, and sales/marketing integrations
Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel, Zapier, and AI automation tools
Understands sales psychology & conversion principles—NOT just a tech person
Can troubleshoot and optimize workflows FAST—speed is key
Highly analytical, data-driven, and execution-focused
Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments where iteration is constant

Bonus:
Experience with AI-driven chatbots, NLP automation, and sales data analytics
Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or high-ticket sales systems
