The Opportunity:

Special Operations Coordinator In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the helm of diverse and pivotal projects impacting every corner of our operations. From podcast management to CRM optimization, you will help shape the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

*Podcast Management: Oversee the production and scheduling of our podcasts and LinkedIn Lives
*Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various platforms, enhancing our team’s capabilities and maintaining our culture.
*System Implementations: Lead the transition to Sharepoint, phasing out other storage solutions, and optimizing our use of Zoho and Apollo for superior CRM and campaign management.
*Data Automation: Collaborate with technical experts to automate data handling, improving our responsiveness and analytical capabilities.
*Team Engagement: Foster a positive work environment focused on growth and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a technology-driven workspace.
- Strong command over CRM systems, particularly Zoho, and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for multitasking and managing diverse projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
