JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reading!

I'm here to find a talented part-time video editor to help us -- ready to be part of a great team in an environment where you can grow professionally if you want to :)

We run a web platform for marketing agencies and produce various video materials (tutorials, webinars, how-tos, etc.) that help both our internal marketing and client-facing efforts. We’re now looking for someone to handle all aspects of video editing and production, ensuring our content is polished, engaging, and consistent with our brand.

Your daily responsibilities will be:
• Video Editing: Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage from webinars and other video shoots into cohesive final products,
• Motion Design: Add engaging animations, graphics, and transitions,
• Faceless Creation: Help us, when needed only, to produce videos without on-camera talent as needed,
• Publication-Ready: Properly render videos for platforms like YouTube and social media, ensuring they meet required specifications,
• YouTube Channel Management: Upload and schedule videos, write SEO-friendly titles/descriptions, and organize playlists to keep our YouTube channel growing and engaging.

What we’re looking for in a perfect candidate:
• Have excellent English skills,
• Pay close attention to detail
• Follow instructions to the letter
• We also value ideas on how to improve our processes and work better all together!
• As the business grow, you will expand your responsibilities.

This is a full or part-time position, with 40 hours worked per week. Schedule is flexible. If you'd like a full-time position, we honor Filipino holidays.

How to apply:

Send me a message and, please, use my first name. Then, answer these quick questions:
• Which video editing software do you primarily use? Rate your skill level from 0 to 10.
• What type of videos have you enjoyed editing the most in your previous work? What made them your favorite?
• Do you have a favorite YouTube channel or brand you follow for inspiration, in terms of the kind of videos they're producing? What do you think makes their video content successful?
• Do you have any relevant experience in video editing, motion design, or channel management? Please share details or links to your portfolio.
• What do you think of the lemlist youtube channel? What is the main feedback/advice you would give them?

Again, thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you!
