Company Introduction

Join a dynamic team in the Ecommerce / DTC sector, specializing in Beauty & Personal Care. We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent with full-time availability, ideally with experience in Shopify Support and Phone Support. The role requires 30-40 hours per week, with a focus on English proficiency. Candidates from German-speaking regions, Turkey, or other developing countries are highly appreciated. This is a freelance position with an hourly-based payment ranging from $1000 to $2000, operating in the EST timezone at a mid-level capacity. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated upon directly with the client in the interview.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and online platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Shopify and other Ecommerce platforms.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

Must Haves:
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, particularly with Shopify.
- Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) in the EST timezone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:
- Ability to speak German or Turkish.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Familiarity with Beauty & Personal Care products.
