Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain and update customer records and support data using Google Sheets.
Generate and analyze support metrics to improve service quality and efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations and technical support.
Provide feedback and insights to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and SLAs.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
