JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline for customer inquiries and support, primarily handling emails via the Gorgias platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Google Sheets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Email
Support:
Manage and respond to incoming customer emails using the Gorgias platform.
Provide timely, accurate, and courteous support to resolve customer inquiries.
E-Commerce Platform Management:
Utilize Shopify to manage and update customer information and orders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are promptly and efficiently addressed.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain and update customer records and support data using Google Sheets.
Generate and analyze support metrics to improve service quality and efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations and technical support.
Provide feedback and insights to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and SLAs.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
