Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content across multiple platforms and mediums. This position offers significant potential for professional growth and increased responsibilities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for mostly digital and occasionally print media
- Develop graphics for web platforms, marketing materials, and merchandise
- Design custom artwork for t-shirts, stickers, and promotional items
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design work
- Experience in both digital and print design
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of print production requirements
- Knowledge of web design principles
- Experience with typography and layout design

Working Hours & Arrangement
- Part-time position (hours to be discussed during interview)
