Job Title: Virtual Assistant with Commercial Insurance Experience
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in commercial insurance to join our dynamic team. As a VA, you will assist in managing various administrative and operational tasks related to commercial insurance. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and process commercial insurance documentation, including policy renewals, claims, and client correspondence.
*Provide customer support for insurance-related inquiries, including clarifications on coverage and policy updates.
*Assist with data entry, updating insurance records, and ensuring accuracy.
*Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
*Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client data in line with industry standards.
*Communicate effectively with insurance brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in commercial insurance or insurance-related administrative roles is required.
*Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, claims, and industry regulations.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and insurance software systems.
*Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
