We are seeking a customer support assistant to help us resolve issues related to orders and answer questions about our products on our socials! KEY RESONSIBILITIES:
- E-mail support: One of the daily tasks would be to answer all the
- Analyzing data: We would like to keep track of the issues so we can avoid them in the future, keeping track of all different issues and communicating them to management is crucial.
- Social Media: We often get asked questions on our social about the products and other related matters, this is a responsibility too and also keep track of those.
- Disputes: Some customers are filing chargebacks or similar cases, those need to be handled as well.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication skills: Your English must be near perfect and you also need to be able to communicate efficiently within the organization.
- Solution minded: We help in the case of unique disputes or cases, but in most cases we would like you to think in terms of solutions for the case and how to avoid them in the future.
- Technical proficiency: You need to be able to work with simple programs like Google sheets, Asana and
