About the Role:
We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager with strong SMM skills and experience using Zoho to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy while leveraging Zoho tools for automation, analytics, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms
Manage and optimize Zoho Social for scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analytics.
Create compelling content (graphics, captions, videos, blogs) aligned with brand messaging.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Analyze performance metrics using Zoho and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong social media management skills with experience using Zoho Social, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho tools.
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing or advertising.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and SEO strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadline
