At Excel3PL, we are looking for someone who is insanely resourceful and skilled when it comes to helping manage the day-to-day customer support of the 70+ e-commerce business owners who are our clients, as well as helping a busy executive manage his inbox.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is extremely organized and an excellent communicator. We are looking for someone who has experience with gmail, hubspot, clickup, and/or notion to organize and triage customer requests, as well as the ability to communicate with our team to prioritize and complete tasks effectively.
You will read and respond to emails, put actionable tasks for our on-site staff into our warehouse management software (Packiyo), or submit project into our hubspot task list, as well as keep your own to-do list organized and complete your own highest priority tasks in an efficient manner.
We are looking for someone who is type-A, a great communicator with a go-getter attitude, excellent written and spoken English, and someone who is very helpful and easy to get along with. Experience with AI/ChatGPT is a plus.
We are in the Central Time Zone in the US (Oklahoma). Ideally, our candidate would be able to work the majority of the day in 8am-5pm Central Time Zone, Monday - Friday.
Our hiring process will include 1-2 zoom interviews as well a half days pay for paid trial run project for our top candidates.
