We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Submission Agent to join our team. The PST Agent will be responsible for contacting clients who have ordered a citation campaign to clarify campaign data discrepancies flagged by the Pre-Campaign Audit team. This role requires excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact clients to clarify and resolve discrepancies in the campaign data.
* Handle escalated campaign-related issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their citation
campaign.
* Follow up with clients to ensure that all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
* Ensure clear and professional communication to address follow-ups, updates, and concerns.
* Track assigned campaign IDs to ensure they are properly queued.
* Monitor the progress of campaigns, escalating delays or issues as necessary.
* Verify that all campaign details are accurate and complete before submitting them to the queue.
* Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and standards for campaign submissions.
* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload efficiently.
* Respond to queries from other departments in a timely and accurate manner.

* Work closely with management and relevant teams to address challenges effectively.
* Prepare and submit daily output reports summarizing completed tasks, and campaign statuses and handled escalation.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Required level: B2 Upper Intermediate or above.
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service/Support in a related industry.
- College-level or College graduate-level education is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in using computer systems,
- Experience using Zendesk / Intercom or similar CRM is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, even in high-pressure environments.
- Strong attention to detail. Ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and communications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
