Senior eCommerce Supply Chain Manager (Amazon & D2C) - Seasoned Professionals Only

## Are You the Right Fit? ##

We’re looking for a seasoned eCommerce supply chain manager who can take full ownership of our operations. You should have:
- 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in Amazon FBA and/or D2C eCommerce
- Deep expertise in global procurement, logistics, inventory management & supplier negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Fluency in English (written & verbal) & confidence in communicating
- Proficiency in supply chain & ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel
- Hands-on experience managing 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, and Amazon FBA shipments
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive operational improvements
- A positive attitude towards life and work; a great person to have around

## Your Key Responsibilities ##

- Own & optimize supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency in procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Manage relationships with suppliers (Europe & Asia), negotiate pricing & contracts.
- Monitor inventory & forecast demand, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses (3PL) and Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Work with internal teams to align inventory with business goals & marketing campaigns.
- Identify supply chain risks & implement solutions to prevent disruptions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Implement & optimize automation tools for inventory tracking, reporting & order processing.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA regulations, EU customs, and marketplace policies.

You'll be onboarded by the current teaUpgrade to see actual infomber in this role, learning from an expert who is both supportive and fun. You'll eventually take on all of her responsibilities and replace her in this crucial role.
