Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of running profitable campaigns. Your main role will be to launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube to drive high ROI.
We don’t care about degrees or diplomas—we care about real results. If you have successfully managed ad spend and generated significant revenue for brands, we want to see it.

Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize conversions.
Test and improve ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Analyze ad performance and adjust campaigns to increase ROAS.
Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven track record of running profitable Google Ads campaigns (show real results).
Experience with Google Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization skills.
Ability to scale campaigns efficiently and maximize profitability.
Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fluent in English for clear communication.
