About the Role:
***We are looking for a highly experienced Web Development & Programming VA to join our team and help optimize and maintain our websites. This role requires strong expertise in theme customization and website enhancements (app development is NOT required). The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work efficiently.***

Key Responsibilities:
> Website Development & Customization – Modify and enhance website themes to align with our brand’s vision.
> Site Optimization & Maintenance – Ensure smooth functionality and seamless user experience across platforms.
> Troubleshooting & Debugging – Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues.
> Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with our team during EST hours for real-time updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:
> Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development.
> Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
> Experience in theme customization (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
> Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
> Must be available during 9 AM - 6 PM EST for smooth collaboration.
> Must be fully committed – No other side jobs or freelance work.
>>> A portfolio of past projects is REQUIRED.
>>> Two character references from past employers or clients.
