Join a High-Growth Real Estate Media Team & Create Jaw-Dropping Real Estate Edits
Are you passionate about video editing? Do you love cinematic transitions, high-energy storytelling, and making videos that WOW audiences? If so, this is your chance to join a media team that’s CRUSHING it!
We are growing fast across multiple locations and need to expand our video editing team. As we scale, we need a dedicated editor to help us produce more high-quality content efficiently and consistently.
We’re looking for a full-time video editor who can:
Edit 3-5 videos per day (Real estate walkthroughs, talking head videos, social media reels)
Keep up with trending social media styles
Push creative boundaries and set a new GOLD STANDARD
Be dependable and consistent with next-day turnaround times
Have excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken
Be an expert in color grading to enhance video quality
What You’ll Be Editing
1. Cinematic real estate edits
2. High-energy social media reels
3. Standard property tours
Talking head videos with captions

What We Need From You
Final Cut Pro Expert
Mac Computer & High-Speed Internet (Handling large files is required)
Motion Graphics, Titles, & Animations (You bring videos to life)
Social Media Trends Savvy (Know what’s HOT & what makes content go viral)
Able to Check-in at 7-8 PM MTN Time for daily updates
Willing to Work Late-Night PH Time for last-minute client revisions
100% Reliable and Consistent—Must meet strict next-day turnaround deadlines
Strong English Communication Skills
Expert in Color Grading

Phase 3: Lead Video Editor ($1,400+/month) helping manage other editors
