The ideal candidate has a strong background in prospecting, qualifying leads, and using various digital marketing and outreach techniques to generate high-quality leads. You are analytical, proactive, and have a keen ability to identify potential clients while maintaining accurate records of outreach and engagement. Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms is essential for success in this role.
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will provide excellence by:
Conducting research to identify potential leads and target markets.
Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including
Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team for further engagement.
Using CRM systems to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively.
Developing and testing different lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Conducting outreach campaigns through
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of lead generation campaigns and making necessary adjustments.
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Providing regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to stakeholders.
Do you have what it takes to be our Lead Generation Specialist?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales-related roles.
Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
A deep understanding of prospecting techniques and customer outreach strategies.
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must currently reside in the Philippines.
Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, remote role that follows U.S. business hours. Flexibility may be required based on lead generation performance and campaign demands.
