Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end production, from pre-production planning to
final delivery every step aligns with the creative vision.

Coordinate with directors, writers, and production teams to bring
creative visions to life.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure seamless
progression of the project.

Shape and refine narratives by collaborating on story development
and providing writing support as needed.

Deliver compelling stories with both creative excellence and
technical precision, while staying on schedule and budget.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Producer in documentaries or narrative content.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience in collaborating with creative teams and handling
production logistics.

Bonus: Writing experience or a strong interest in storytelling.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.


Preferred Skills:
Ability to adapt to fast-paced production environments.
Knowledge of industry-standard tools and workflows.
