JOB OVERVIEW

Hike is a dynamic and growing company committed to delivering top-notch custom website design and local SEO services to our clients. We're seeking a talented VA to join our team and assist with social media prospecting on Instagram and Facebook, as well as appointment setting tasks. This is a non-voice position, and all standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be provided.

Responsibilities:
• Social media prospecting to find and engage with potential leads
• Identifying and initiating conversations with ideal prospects
• Maintaining and updating a lead list accurately

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills
• Previous experience in prospecting and appointment setting
• Available for 20-40 hours per week
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs accurately
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
• Must use Time Doctor for activity tracking

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL)
• Experience using Upgrade to see actual info
