Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Growth & Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for promoting our services, increasing sales, and engaging with potential customers on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Twitter, Instagram, and beyond. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of online communities to drive organic interest and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote Unfair Socials’ services through strategic engagement on Reddit, Quora, and other social platforms.
Create viral, engaging posts and discussions to attract potential customers.
Answer questions, respond to threads, and recommend our services in a natural and non-spammy way.
Find and participate in trending topics related to social media growth, marketing, and branding.
Develop unique and creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Build relationships with influencers, groups, and communities to drive word-of-mouth promotion.
Analyze and optimize engagement tactics to maximize conversions.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience with Reddit, Quora, and other online discussion platforms (knowing how to navigate them effectively without being flagged as spam).
Strong understanding of social media growth tactics and marketing psychology.
Excellent persuasive writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content.
