Our team is hiring for: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT VA
Rate or Salary range per hour: $3
Work Remotely?: Yes
Work Hours and Schedule: Full time / Part Time

Must have a backup device (Desktop/Laptop)?: Yes

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of the production team
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have an experience in Bookkeeping
- Must be proficient in utilizing various software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Must have familiarity with various work gadgets and applications, including Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and project/task management and calendar tools
- Must be resourceful in finding solutions to problems that may arise during work
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Must have an outstanding organizational skills
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and in writing)
- Must have good time-management skills
