Marketer For Wedding Film Business

I'm looking to take my wedding videography business to the next level.

I want to bring on a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber that will be a general marketer. Basically I want someone that can do things such as:

Posting Wedding Films as blog posts... possibly highlighting other vendors and venues etc.
Posting Wedding Films or pieces of films to social media
Publishing Wedding Films to Youtube, other sites

I'm looking for someone who can wear many hats and who can problem solve. You will be working directly with me and my goals and vision however it would be great to get someone who has an entrepreneurial outlook and can help me build systems, etc. You need to be able to manage yourself, see opportunities, expand upon my ideas, etc.

You may even at some point be building marketing systems for this business that you can then delegate to others and be in more of a leadership role.

I plan to build out a team of shooters to eventually be able to do many more weddings. I'd like to dominate the market in my region. And, I have a vision that extends beyond weddings at some point to include all kinds of personal and family videography services. So there is serious potential for growth.

I'm open to different kinds of an arrangement in terms of compensation. I'd say something like $Upgrade to see actual infoa month would be a starting point in terms of what I can offer, but it could ramp up quickly from there if we begin getting traction from the increased marketing.

I'm less concerned with the amount of hours you are working and more concerned with what you're accomplishing, however an hourly wage can be the way we set this up for now.

I will select a handful of people to do some paid test projects, and go from there.
