Virtual Assistant (Full-Time) – Work with Chuck!

Chuck is a small but fast-growing company that makes adventure-ready gear, starting with The Chuck Bucket—a unique ski rack that solves the problem of hauling a full car of people and all their gear. We believe in making adventure happen now, and we need a proactive, skilled communicator & problem solver to help us grow.

Because Chuck is still small, your impact will be huge. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas—marketing, operations, social media, customer support, and more. This is a great opportunity to develop a wide range of skills while working with an exciting brand in the outdoor industry.

This is a full-time, remote role (30-40 hours per week). Long-term commitment isn’t required, but we are looking for someone who will be a great fit for the long haul.

What You’ll Do

Research and reach out to potential business partners, influencers, and PR opportunities Help manage our inbox, prioritize key communications, and support Shopify backend operations Assist in product development research and competitor analysis Edit and repurpose video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Engage with customers online and manage social media interactions Write blog posts, respond to customer emails, and assist in outreach efforts Explore new market opportunities and help us grow!

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English writing & communication skills Proactive and resourceful – You take initiative, solve problems, and don’t wait for instructions for every little thing Basic to advanced video editing skills – Experience with short-form social media content is a plus! Experience with research, outreach, social media, or admin tasks is a plus but not required

Compensation

Starting at $3.50 or more per hour (depending on experience) Full-time (30-40 hours per week) Bonus: Anyone who makes a strong application and secures an interview with me will be awarded $20
