**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Facebook Marketplace Upgrade to see actual info operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sourcing free items from Craigslist, listing them on Facebook Marketplace, and facilitating the sale and pickup process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of online marketplaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sourcing Items:**
- Search for free items on Craigslist and other classified platforms.
- Identify high-demand items such as furniture, electronics, and home goods.
- Contact sellers to lock in items for pickup.

2. **Listing on Facebook Marketplace:**
- Create and post listings on Facebook Marketplace using attractive descriptions and photos.
- Ensure listings are priced appropriately (minimum $35) and are in compliance with Facebook’s guidelines.
- Manage multiple listings simultaneously and update them as needed.

3. **Communication:**
- Respond promptly to potential buyers on Facebook Messenger.
- Coordinate pickup details with buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Handle any issues or questions that arise during the buying/selling process.

4. **Payment Processing:**
- Facilitate contactless payments through Cashapp or PayPal.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure payments are received after pickup.

5. **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.
- Address any concerns or disputes professionally and promptly.

6. **Scaling and Automation:**
- Assist in scaling the operation by increasing the number of listings over time.
- Help implement automation tools to streamline the process.

7. **Market Research:**
- Stay updated on trending items and pricing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online classified platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of dropshipping and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using payment platforms like Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with automation tools and software.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.

**Working Conditions:**

- This is a remote position
- The role requires a reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.
- Candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week
- Work week can be structured for a 5 day work week or a 7 day work week. Operating hours will be from 10am-6pm Est.
- Candidate will be required to generate a minimum of 5k in gross sales per month.
**Compensation:**

- Competitive hourly rate and performance-based pay. You will earn 10% commission for each successful sale earning potential is unlimited!
