We are looking for a high-performing Operations Manager/Assistant to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. If you have a strong background in operations, HR, KPI development, SOP creation, and business scaling, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Operations & Business Growth
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.
Identify and implement new technology and automation tools to streamline operations.
Work with leadership to develop business growth strategies.
Team Management
Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to build a strong team.
Develop and execute training programs to improve employee performance.
Conduct performance reviews and provide structured feedback.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Sales Estimation & Strategy
Assist in pricing and service estimation.
Optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
General Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage vendor and client relationships.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation.
What we are looking for
4+ years in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in KPI development, SOP creation, and process improvement.
Background in HR, recruiting, and employee training.
Experience in sales estimation and pricing strategies is a plus.
Bilingual ( Spanish) is a plus but not required.
