Real Estate Media Editor

We are Next Door Media, a leading real estate media company, and we’re looking for an elite photo and video editor to join our team! If you’re a highly skilled professional with a sharp eye for detail and expertise in HDR real estate editing, we want to hear from you. Do not apply if you are not experienced in Real Estate Editing. Some days you will have 3-5 properties to do in one day. 700~ RAW 230~ edited photos.

? Turnaround Time: 12 hours max per project

???? Photo Editing Requirements:
• Expert in HDR photo editing (blending multiple exposures for crisp, realistic results)
• Virtual twilight creation (must look natural and high-end)
• Advanced object removal (removing items without noticeable artifacts)
• Sky replacement (seamlessly enhancing dull skies with realistic replacements)
• Consistent, high-quality output that aligns with luxury real estate standards

???? Video Editing Requirements:
• Experience with real estate walk-through videos
• Skilled in speed ramping, stretch time, and smooth transitions
• Expert-level color grading to enhance footage professionally
• Ability to create engaging social media reels

What We Expect:
• Experience with high-end real estate editing (Do not apply if you are new to this!)
• Ability to match and maintain a consistent editing style
• Strong attention to detail – quality matters more than speed
• Reliability – all projects must be delivered on time, every time

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of Photoshop for advanced image corrections
• Understanding of current real estate media trends
