Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Recruiter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment platforms. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber candidates for various positions at TeamUp Talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source, engage, and attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Post job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and others.
Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the recruitment system.
Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
Provide a positive candidate experience through professional communication.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with remote hiring processes is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
