Position Overview:
We seek a resourceful, intelligent, and adaptable Claims Researcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll analyze veterans’ cases, conduct in-depth research, and write compelling memos to support appeals submitted to the VA. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about making a difference, this role could be perfect for you. While medical knowledge is not required, familiarity with medical and legal concepts is an advantage due to the complexity of VA disability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on veterans’ disability claims, including medical records, legal precedents, and VA policies.
- Analyze case details and synthesize complex information into clear, well-structured memos for VA appeals.
- Work closely with attorneys and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop compelling arguments that support veterans’ cases.
- Stay informed about updates in VA regulations, disability law, and relevant medical issues.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all research and written materials.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field such as Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline is encouraged. If you think you're capable of doing this job without any of that, please apply.
- Prior experience in legal research, claims analysis, or paralegal work is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to comprehend complex information.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present findings persuasively.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or VA disability claims is a plus.
