Logistics Tracking Specialist

We are rapidly growing! As part of this expansion, we seek a skilled and motivated Logistics Tracking Specialist to join our team. This position will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and timely monitoring of shipments and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the progress of shipments from the origin to the destination using tracking systems, ensuring that all shipments remain on schedule.
2. Provide real-time updates to internal teams regarding the status of shipments.
3. Communicate effectively with logistics partners, customers, and other departments to address any concerns that may arise.
4. Generate daily, weekly, or monthly tracking reports summarizing shipment progress, delays, and resolution statuses.
5. Maintain accurate logs of all tracking and delivery information in the company's logistics system.
6. Build and nurture strong relationships within the team.

Qualifications:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional qualifications in logistics being an asset.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience working overnight shifts (required).
6. Reliable internet access, including a backup option (e.g., prepaid Wi-Fi/Data) (required).
7. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
