Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive assistant to join our growing team. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting the founder in managing time and priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed. The goal is to create automations and systems to streamline workflows as well as to complete recurring administrative tasks with efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Primary Tasks:
Assist with creating automations for lead management and for ad posting and tracking.
Create a process for updating website, landing pages and funnel.
Documentation and SOP Creation:
Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your tasks.
Maintain and update the SOPs as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
