? Job Responsibilities:
???? Artist & Podcast Outreach – Discover and connect with emerging Christian artists, podcasters, and content creators to feature on the station.
???? Interview Coordination – Schedule and organize interviews with artists and speakers, ensuring a smooth process.
???? Station Programming – Maintain and update the music and podcast database, ensuring an engaging and fresh rotation.
???? Scheduling & Operations – Manage the station’s weekly schedule to ensure high-quality, consistent programming.
???? Guest Support – Provide assistance to artists and podcasters, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
???? General Station Support – Assist with station-related tasks to enhance operations and listener experience.

???? Ideal Candidate:
? A passion for Christian music, faith-based content, and digital media.
? Strong organizational and communication skills (able to reach out to artists/podcasters professionally).
? Tech-savvy and comfortable managing scheduling tools, email, and digital databases.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
? Previous experience in radio, podcasting, media, or Christian music industry (preferred but not required).
