JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading provider of Marketing and Productivity digital tools for mortgage professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and engage with our customers' social media accounts. This role involves creating content using our tools and standard graphic and video tools, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, tracking account performance, creating and submitting insightful reports to customers.



Responsibilities:



1. Content Creation, Posting & Scheduling

- Create compelling video content

- Utilize our tools to create branded content for Loan Officers

- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

- Ensure all posts are scheduled accurately and align with the content calendar.

- Monitor post-performance and adjust scheduling strategies if needed.



2. Engagement & Community Management

- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.

- Engage with the community by liking, sharing, and interacting with relevant posts.

- Identify opportunities to spark conversations and improve engagement.

- Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs



3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, click-throughs).

- Generate weekly/monthly reports on social media performance.

- Develop customer reports and send to clients

- Schedule and conduct customer status calls to report status to clients

- Provide insights on improving engagement strategies.



Qualifications & Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts.

- Ability to create compelling video, animation and static graphic social content

- Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tools.

- Strong written English communication skills for engaging with audiences.

- Ability to manage multiple social accounts without missing deadlines.

- Knowledge of social media engagement strategies.

- Experience with analytics tools (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured content calendar.
