Are you a rockstar SEO and Google Ads expert who can also manage admin and marketing tasks?
American Trailer Rental is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing, along with strong general administrative skills. This is a full-time, remote role requiring US business hours.

American Trailer Rental provides high-quality trailer rental solutions for businesses across the U.S. We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented individual to help us scale our online presence, optimize our ad spend, and support daily business operations.

Responsibilities:
SEO & Google Ads (Primary Role)
SEO Optimization:
• Conduct on-page & off-page SEO to improve rankings.
• Perform keyword research and content optimization.
• Manage technical SEO and implement best practices.
• Track and report SEO performance regularly.
Google Ads & PPC Management:
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
• Perform A/B testing, bid adjustments, and landing page optimization.
• Monitor and improve AdWords performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
• Report on ad performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Google My Business & Local SEO
• Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple locations.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
• Implement local SEO strategies to boost search visibility.
General Admin & Accounts Receivable
• Assist with invoicing and follow-ups for accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized records and assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
• Handle email and customer service inquiries as needed.
Basic Marketing & Social Media
• Assist in email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, updates).
• Manage social media accounts (posting, engagement, reporting).
• Create basic graphics & ad creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Ideal Candidate:
SEO & Google Ads Pro – You have proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with positive ROI.
Highly Analytical – You can track, analyze, and improve digital marketing performance.
Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – You quickly adapt to new tools, CRMs, and automation software.
Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Self-Starter & Problem-Solver – You can work independently and take initiative.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep track of multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Reliable & US Hours Available – You are available to work during US business hours (PST/CST/EST).

Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO & Google Ads (at least 3+ years).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience managing Google My Business (GMB) for multiple locations.
Familiarity with WordPress & basic HTML (a plus).
Experience with invoicing, QuickBooks, or other accounting tools (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
