Title Graphic Designer/Marketing Admin

Reports to Marketing Manager
Job summary:
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with creating engaging visual content, assisting with social media, and handling various marketing and administrative projects as needed.
Summary of essential job functions:
• Graphic Design & Branding
o Design and update marketing materials (signage, digital assets,
o Perform weekly data merges into pre-designed templates.
• Video Editing & Content Creation
o Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
o Assist in creating engaging social media content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, etc.).
• Website Support
o Assist with updating and maintaining WordPress (CMS) content.
• Administrative & Marketing Support
o Assist with data entry and maintaining marketing files/documents.
o Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

• Support goals and vision of Marketing Manager.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with WordPress (CMS) for basic content updates.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and assist with general marketing/admin tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
