Customer Support, Logistics & Operations | Join a Growing Dutch Design Studio!

Are you an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, and eager to learn?

A Dutch design studio specializing in product development is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with customer service, logistics, and day-to-day operations. This is a part-time (4 hours/day) remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support – Respond to emails and messages professionally and efficiently
Logistics Coordination – Communicate with shipping partners to track and manage deliveries
Data Entry & Organization – Maintain records in Google Docs, Sheets, and online tools
Shopify & Amazon Assistance – Help with listings, order management, and basic content updates
AI & Automation Support – Use tools like ChatGPT to improve communication and workflows

What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented (if you read this please put a smile :-) in your subject line)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools
Eager to learn and adaptable
Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, Amazon, logistics, social media, or video editing

Work Details
Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines
20 hours per week – Flexible schedule, but key tasks must be completed on time
$6 per hour (USD) – $480 per month
Potential for full-time growth as the company expands
