About the Role
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager (Affiliate) to lead and optimize affiliate partnerships for a top U.S.-based agency. You will manage end-to-end affiliate relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive performance improvements. This is a permanent work-from-home role with a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and career growth opportunities.

Salary Range:
$7.50 - $10.50 per hour (PHP 75,Upgrade to see actual info,000 per month)
Salary depends on experience and assessment results.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships, ensuring performance and compliance.
Track and analyze key metrics, providing insights for optimization.
Conduct compliance monitoring, including BrandVerity checks and outreach.
Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliates to expand partnerships.
Oversee campaign execution and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
Prepare and present performance reports for strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing.
Experience with Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact, Awin, BrandVerity, or PartnerStack.
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets experience.
Excellent English communication skills for partner management.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work US timezone or a night shift in the Philippines.
