Technical Support Specialist/Data Integration

SPACE Real Estate, based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a problem solver with a passion for helping people resolve technical issues with software systems. In this role you will be handling technical support tickets and scheduling video meetings to assist our real estate agents with setting up and resolving technical issues with Follow Up Boss, Zillow, network printing, Ylopo, among others.

Candidates must have at least 1 year experience in a technical support role and be familiar with both Mac and PC operating systems.

Priority will be given to those candidates with experience with Data Integration to assist our company with the flow of data between various systems, such as SISU, Google Sheets, multiple CRMs, Zapier/APINation, etc. This includes troubleshooting existing integrations, developing new connections, and maintaining the integrity of our data ecosystem.

Position is full time, Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time. Starting pay is $700USD per month.
