JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating Pinterest ads, YouTube thumbnails, short promotional videos, and additional graphic materials. We’re looking for someone who can quickly deliver professional designs with minimal supervision. If you have a knack for blending visuals in unique ways, enjoy experimenting with new ideas, and can move from concept to final product efficiently, keep reading!

Key Responsibilities
-Design Modern Pinterest Ads: You’ll create scroll-stopping Pinterest visuals that align with clients’ branding and messaging.
-Craft Eye-Catching YouTube Thumbnails: Conceptualize and design thumbnails that instantly grab attention and boost click-through rates.
-Video Editing: Edit short-form content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with engaging cuts, transitions, and effects.
-Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring creative visions to life.
-Consistent Branding: Ensure all designs are on-brand, meet visual guidelines, and maintain a high-quality, modern aesthetic.
-Manage Multiple Projects: Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
-Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest design, social media, and advertising trends to produce fresh, up-to-date visuals.

Qualifications
-Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design and video editing (please provide a portfolio or samples of your work).
-Strong Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
-Modern Aesthetic: Ability to blend, layer, and design visuals in a contemporary style suitable for digital marketing.
-Quick & Efficient: Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
-Excellent Communication: Fluent in English, able to take direction, and provide updates on project progress.
-Adaptability & Creativity: Openness to feedback and the ability to experiment and innovate.

Nice-to-Have Skills
-Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
-Experience in branding and logo design.
-Familiarity with other video editing platforms or graphic design tools (Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
-Understanding of social media marketing strategies.
