Marketing Project Manager / Writer

We are seeking someone who can take on these tasks:

Newsletters

We do a weekly newsletter that goes out on Wednesday. All are built and distributed through Mail Chimp.

Typically, we alternate between 1 Week Sales/Announcement Newsletter and 1 week Education Newsletter.



The Sales Newsletters can have 3 version that go out all based on the same general content:

Version 1 is to our trial list and offers a % or $ amount off (I’ll forward sample separately)

Version 2 (not always sent) is to our users who already have a license and doesn’t include the sale but may have content that would be of value to users like partner promotions or the like that was included in the Version 1, so just striping out the sale part.

Version 3 i (Not sent often) is to users that have an older version of the software, and we want to offer a discount to upgrade (different pricing than when buying initially)



For every Wednesday Sale newsletter there is also a Monday reminder that they have 24 hours left to purchase at current discount (trial and upgrades only), same newsletter with revised subject/preview.



The education newsletters are just that. They link to a blog post and/or video that educates all audiences) on how to better use the software or tips on how to maximize client sales or the like.



Project Management

Currently use Upgrade to see actual info and email to communicate

We need someone who tracks on the following projects and coordinates tasks/reminders/approvals/completion for the following:

Newsletters (above)

Blogs

Video Editing (long and short forms as well as tutorials) to be used in blogs and social media and You Tube Channel

Tradeshow assets (creation of discounts slides, coordination of shipping out merch) -not a lot of this

Social Media Posts (review content and help direct questions from our person doing social media)

Online Advertising (Google Ad Words, YouTube, Facebook)

Sales reminders to team to put up and take down sales on the website



We have a social media person, someone doing ads/budgets, video editor and ambassador coordinator (person who works with our ambassador to get initial videos made and turns over for editing)
