What You’ll Do:
-Be the primary point of contact for our valued subscribers, ensuring seamless support and technical issue resolution.
- Identify and solve root causes of recurring customer issues to improve the overall experience.
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize tools like Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and Gorgias CRM to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in eCommerce or subscription-based businesses).
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM & eCommerce platforms (Gorgias & Shopify preferred).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data to monitor performance and optimize customer experience.
