Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via
Make outbound calls to assist with orders and concerns.
Manage multiple stores and track inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer issues.
Provide updates on orders, returns, and refunds.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
Ability to multitask and learn new systems. (e.g. Shopify).
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$1 - $2 per hour + performance-based bonuses.
