JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining positive relationships with our partners and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer issues or concerns effectively and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Monitoring ongoing promotions and collecting relevant data from customers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and other virtual collaboration tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer data and communication.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues independently and find effective solutions.
