JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic cold outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential leads, engaging in meaningful conversations, and booking sales calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet outreach and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Connection Outreach: Send connection requests to target audience while maintaining a 25%+ acceptance rate.

Personalized Messaging: Send first messages daily to new connections with an expected 60%-70% open rate.

Follow-Ups: Send follow-up messages per day to re-engage potential leads, aiming for a 30%-50% response rate.

Lead Engagement & Nurturing: Maintain professional and engaging conversations to convert leads into sales calls.

Conversion Tracking: Monitor response rates, track booked calls, and ensure outreach efforts result in booked calls.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales team to optimize messaging strategies and report key performance metrics.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Targets:

*Connection Acceptance Rate: 25%-50%
DM Reply Rate: 10%-20% (30-40 replies from 200 messages/month)
Calls Booked: 5%-10% of total outreach efforts (20 booked calls per month)
Calls Closed: 20%-30% of booked calls convert to clients (4 closed deals per month)

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in lead generation, sales, and cold outreach
Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging and persuasive messages
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
Understanding of how to qualify potential leads before reaching out (this is not a high volume outreach job a.k.a. “Spray and pray”)
Experience with go high level CRM, LinkedIn automation, and other lead generation softwares (preferred but not required)
Ability to develop your own sales scripts
