We’re growing FAST and need a rockstar editor who can craft engaging, high-performing content for our UGC video ads and high-quality podcast-style ads. We don’t do boring edits—we create videos that SELL.
Your job?
Take raw footage and turn it into compelling, high-converting short-form video ads using jump cuts, captions, TikTok-style text overlays, native platform aesthetics, sound effects,
What You’ll Be Doing
Editing High-Performance Video Ads – You’ll edit UGC-style short-form ads & premium podcast ads that look native to TikTok, Instagram, and
Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness – If key footage is missing from a brief, you should be able to find alternative clips (e.g., sourcing footage from TikTok, repurposing previous content, or creatively filling gaps).
Retention & Engagement Tactics – Use jump cuts, zoom-ins, TikTok text overlays, captions, and trendy visual elements to keep viewers hooked.
Flawless Execution & Attention to Detail – Your videos should be error-free with perfect spelling, timing, and pacing.
Speed & Efficiency – We expect at least 4-6 short-form video edits per day while maintaining high-quality standards.
Understanding Native Platform Aesthetics – Your edits should blend seamlessly with organic content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and

Expert Video Editing Skills – You know Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro like the back of your hand.
Deep Understanding of Social Media Trends – You use TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts daily and know what type of content works on these platforms.
Fast Turnarounds Without Sacrificing Quality – You should be able to edit at least 4-6 high-quality videos per day.
Creativity & Initiative – You don’t wait for instructions—you find ways to improve videos on your own.
Data-Driven Mindset – You understand why certain videos convert better and apply that knowledge to your edits.
Fluent in English – Your captions and overlays must be grammatically correct with zero spelling mistakes.
