Chargeback Expert – Shopify Dropshipping

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in dropshipping, with over $4 million in revenue across the EU and US markets.
As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Chargeback & Dispute Specialist to help manage and win chargebacks efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For:
2+ years of experience handling chargebacks and disputes for e-commerce brands.

Big Bonus: Experience with Ocean Payments chargeback management (this is highly preferred).

Nice Bonus: Experience with PayPal dispute management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize win rates.

Detail-oriented and proactive in preventing and resolving disputes.
