JOB OVERVIEW

Med School Insiders is seeking a Video Production Assistant to help review and assess video content, ensuring alignment with our editing guidelines and brand standards. This role is essential in maintaining the high-quality, engaging, and educational content our audience expects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

As a Video Production Assistant, you’ll review video drafts from our editors, provide feedback, and request revisions as needed to meet editorial standards. A key aspect of this role includes watching Loom recordings of the CEO reviewing videos, taking detailed notes, and marking timestamps for requested modifications. Additionally, you’ll assist in onboarding/offboarding video editors from our systems and help screen candidates during the selection process. No prior experience in these areas is required—we’ll provide full training.

This is a remote position with occasional meetings (1-2 hours per week) during Pacific Time Zone business hours. Since our team is global, most communication and collaboration will be asynchronous.

If you’re passionate about content creation and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
