Content Researcher

We are looking for a Research Specialist who excels at sourcing highly engaging, niche accurate content for a successful YouTuber to react to. Your role will involve deep-dive research, trend analysis, and content curation to ensure the creator has access to high-quality, engaging, and unique material that aligns with their brand and audience.

Responsibilities:
* Source content from a variety of platforms, including:
*YouTube (podcasts, talking head videos)
*TikTok (niche accurate controversial discussions)
*Twitter/X (hot takes, viral debates, industry conversations)

* Monitor content trends and identify emerging topics that are react-worthy and engaging.
* Verify accuracy by fact-checking and sourcing reliable references to ensure content credibility.
* Organize and present research in a clear, easy-to-digest format for the YouTuber to review.
* Curate content with purpose, ensuring it aligns with the creator’s niche, audience interests, and tone.
* Suggest reaction angles, discussion points, or potential collaborations based on research findings.
* Stay ahead of the curve by constantly exploring new content avenues and platforms.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of internet culture, niche online communities, and viral trends.
Exceptional research and sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
Ability to fact-check and cross-reference sources to ensure content accuracy.
Organized and able to present research clearly and concisely.
Understanding of YouTube reaction content, audience engagement strategies, and algorithm trends.
